We will require a £50 deposit to confirm your seats, and we will contact you the fortnight before your chosen date to confirm your launch location. There’s something for all paddlers in the English Riviera, whether you’re looking for dramatic rock formations, marine wildlife, or extraordinary coves. We have 6 very popular sea tours launching from various locations in South Devon, including:

Taster Tours
Suitable for Ages 8 and up – Under-18s Must Be Accompanied by an Adult
Group Size – 4 or More People
Ideal for families and groups of 4 or more, our taster-tours are usually 90 minutes long and provide a great way for beginners or young paddlers to access sea kayaking. Starting with a 30-minute introductory briefing, we will make sure you are comfortable in your chosen boat before setting off to explore the stunning sights and remote areas of the English Riviera.
Expert Guides
All tours are delivered by our expert guides, who will give you the skills and confidence you need to manoeuvre your craft through the water with ease. With an in-depth knowledge of all paddle sports, our guides will be there for you every step of the way, aiding and assisting you in exploring areas you may not be able to access alone. Whatever your level of experience, we’re here to help.
Tour Dates
Taster tours are available every day, either in the morning or the afternoon.

What to Bring
All technical clothing and equipment are provided, and we also offer Reeds’ technical Chillcheater clothing, allowing you to paddle at any time of year. On a cooler day, we’d always advise you to bring gym gear to wear under our dry gear. While it’s usually possible to keep your feet dry, we advise you to bring old or wet shoes. You may also bring a swimsuit or change of clothes in case you want to swim.
Safety Information
We cater for children from the age of 8, providing they can fit a safety buoyancy aid. We always recommend that children paddle tandem with an adult. Our guides are on hand to paddle in tandem with any of our guests if required. If you feel as though you may require an engine, this option is also available, granting you a safe but exciting experience.

Half-Day Tours
Suitable for Ages 4 and up – Under-18s Must Be Accompanied by an Adult
Group Size – 2 to 10 People
Join us for a half-day adventure across the English Riviera. Exploring a wide array of covers, limestone and sandstone caves, and the inter-tidal zone, we provide half-day tours for sightseers and kayakers. As well as stopping on a remote beach for a picnic, we will leisurely paddle around the Geopark. If you haven’t been kayaking for years or this is your first time, you’ll be amazed by this easy and leisurely option.

What to Bring
We encourage customers to bring snacks and water and in the summer months, we recommend you wear shorts and sports tops. Weather conditions may change, but we will also outfit you with any technical clothing you may require. Don’t worry about bringing a camera, as we have a waterproof one to snap images as we go and will happily forward them to you after the trip is complete.

Immerse yourself in the English Riviera and meet its marine residents and visiting Cetacean wildlife. Covering crystal coves, ancient coral coasts, raised beaches, caves, and natural arches, our geo-safaris ranges across South Devon and the South Hams rivers of the Dart, Teign, Erme, Yealm, and Avon. A full-day tour provides a great opportunity to explore the area’s history, flora, and fauna at a comfortable pace.

These spectacular tours are a unique experience due to the movement of the sun around the bay and the tranquillity of the water at dusk.
